I hope you enjoy browsing through my website. After my varied training and experiences in my life, I have developed a way of working to help you find out who you truly are.

Having had many varied training disciplines, I have come to realise that all healing, whatever it may be called is Energy. For this reason I call my practice Energy Healing Sanctuary

If you have come to my or others websites searching for truth, understanding and knowledge then this may be the first step to finding those answers from within yourself.

I create a safe intimate place for you to discuss what may be the best way for us to work together to help you through whatever situation you find yourself in.

There are many ways to work and many therapists, so it is important that you find the therapist who resonates on the same vibration as yourself. This is not a fluffy new age way of speaking, but recognising that each of us are Vibration/Energy and the people we choose to work with carry the same vibration to either challenge our beliefs or reinforce them.

I work solely on the chakras (energy centres); the word chakra is Sanskrit for wheel or disk and signifies one of seven basic energy centres in the body. Each of these centres correlates to major nerve ganglia branching forth from the spinal column. In addition the chakras also correlate to levels of consciousness,
Archetypal elements, developmental stages of life, colours, sounds, body functions, and much, much more. When we have dis-ease within our physical body I look to the chakras to tell a story of what has been going on. You see it’s very simple really our body is a map telling us what is going on.

When we have mental, emotional, physical symptoms they are a result of in balance within the chakras.

I will help you understand this and work with this system so you may take your power back.
I am a truth seeker and a person the same as you, I have up till now worked through various traumas and patterns created in my childhood and you can do the same.

I ask only that through meditation, healing, and personal development that you may come home to yourself.
